The Fujiyama Power Systems IPO is a book-building issue of ₹828 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹600 crores and an offer for sale of ₹228 crores by promoters Pawan Kumar Garg and Yogesh Dua. The price band is set between ₹216 and ₹228 per share.
The basis of allotment will be finalised by November 18, 2025, and the tentative listing date on NSE and BSE is November 20, 2025.
The book-running lead managers for the IPO are Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and SBI Capital Markets Limited, while KFin Technologies Limited serves as the registrar for the issue.
