Rooftop solar products manufacturer Fujiyama Power Systems’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) is open for public subscription today, November 13, 2025. One day prior to the IPO opening, the company has raised ₹246.9 crore from anchor investors on November 12, 2025. 

Fujiyama Power Systems IPO: Issue Details

Fujiyama Power Systems IPO is a book-building issue of ₹828 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹600 crores and an offer for sale of ₹228 crores by promoters Pawan Kumar Garg and Yogesh Dua.   

The price band is set between ₹216 and ₹228 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by November 18, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is November 20, 2025.
