GTN Textiles Limited is a publicly listed company incorporated and domiciled in India, primarily engaged in the textiles and realty industries. Its core philosophy is to achieve the highest levels of transparency, professionalism, and accountability in all facets of its business and stakeholder interactions. Due to non-viability, the company permanently stopped its cotton yarn manufacturing operations at its Aluva, Kerala plant with effect from June 13, 2022. Looking forward, the company intends to use surplus funds to carry on outsourcing of cotton yarn manufacturing or trading activities. To facilitate this strategic shift, the company has signed an agreement to sell 24.67 acres of land for a consideration of Rs. 80 crores. As part of its investment portfolio, GTN Textiles holds a significant 46.21% equity stake in its associate company, Patspin India Limited.;
