Srigee DLM is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management systems, ISO 45001:2018 certified for occupational health and safety management systems, and IATF 16949:2016 certified for manufacturing parts used in refrigerators, washing machines, inverters, mobile phone assembly operations, and plastic component molding.
The company has experienced consistent growth in revenue from operations and profit after tax (PAT) over the past three fiscal years. Revenue from operations increased from Rs 33.01 crore in FY22 to Rs 47.14 crore in FY23 and Rs 54.43 crore in FY24. The company’s PAT also increased from Rs 1.13 crore in FY22 to Rs 2.81 crore in FY23 and Rs 3.09 crore in FY24.
The company, its subsidiaries, promoters, and directors are involved in certain ongoing legal proceedings, including tax-related cases. Any adverse judgments in any of these cases could be detrimental to the company’s business prospects.
Srigee DLM is heavily dependent on its top 10 customers for its revenue from operations. They contributed 93.00 percent, 88.40 percent, 94.43 percent and 87.07 percent to the company’s revenue in the nine months ended December 31, 2024, FY24, FY23, and FY22, respectively. Any failure to retain these clients, expand the customer base, or a loss of business from them can adversely affect the company’s business and financial standing.
The company’s operations rely heavily on its top 10 suppliers for critical products. They accounted for 43.67 percent, 38.66 percent, 47.82 percent and 46.14 percent of total purchases in the nine months ended December 31, 2024, FY24, FY23, and FY22, respectively. Any disruption in the supply chain, loss of a key supplier, or failure to maintain relationships with these suppliers could negatively affect the company’s ability to source essential materials, which in turn could impact production and revenue generation.
Srigee DLM has experienced negative cash flow from investing activities amounting to Rs 2.61 crore for the period ended December 31, 2023, Rs 1.04 crore in FY24, Rs 0.06 crore in FY23, and Rs 0.24 crore in FY22. If cash outflows continue to exceed inflows in future, the company may face liquidity challenges.
A significant portion of Srigee DLM’s revenue is derived from operations in Uttar Pradesh. Any adverse political, social, or economic developments in this region could materially harm the company’s financial performance.
Srigee DLM generates a significant portion of its revenue from two primary business segments: plastic injection moulding and assembly, and polymer compounding and trading. The plastic injection moulding and assembly segment contributed 85.05 percent, 72.58 percent, 53.21 percent, and 44.39 percent of total revenue, while, the polymer compounding and trading segment contributed 8.80 percent, 21.84 percent, 33.17 percent, and 37.72 percent, in the nine months ended December 31, 2024, FY24, FY23, and FY22 respectively. These are very competitive business segments with low entry barriers. Any reduction in demand for these products, adverse pricing changes, or disruptions in market conditions could negatively impact the company’s financial results.
