The Urban Company IPO is a book-building issue of ₹1,900 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹472 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹1,428 crore worth of shares. The price band is set between ₹98 and ₹103 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by September 15, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is September 17, 2025.
