IPO Details
Monika Alcobev's IPO is a book-building issue of ₹165.63 crores, consisting a fresh issue of a fresh issue of 47.91 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 10.00 lakh shares by existing shareholders Deven Mahendrakumar Shah and Rhetan Estate Private Limited.
The price band is set at ₹271 to ₹286 per share. The tentative listing on BSE is July 23, 2025.
Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited is the book-running lead manager, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.
Use of Proceeds
