Today is Day 2 of the Indiqube Spaces IPO, which opened yesterday, 23 July 2025. The bidding window is scheduled to close on July 25, 2025.
Indiqube Spaces IPO is a book-building issue of ₹700 crores, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹650 crores and an offer for sale of ₹50 crores. The price band is set between ₹225 and ₹237 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by July 28, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is July 30, 2025.
Book running lead managers for the IPO are ICICI Securities Limited, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Link Intime) is the registrar for the issue.
