Borana Weaves Ltd.'s IPO was a book-built issue of ₹144.89 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of 67.08 lakh equity shares. The bidding window was open from May 20, 2025, to May 22, 2025. The issue price band was set in the range of ₹205 to ₹216 per share. Investors could apply with a minimum lot size of 69, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,145.

On Day 3, Borana Weaves IPO saw a subscription rate of 81.40 times as of 5:12 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, as per the NSE data. The retail investor category led with a subscription of 103.34 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) saw a subscription of 120.14 times. The qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) saw a subscription of 54.73 times.

Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd was the book-running lead manager of the IPO, and Kfin Technologies Limited was the registrar.

Utilization of IPO Proceeds

The company will utilise the net proceeds from the issue towards the following objects:

  • Proposing to finance the cost of establishing a new manufacturing Unit to expand its production capabilities to produce grey fabric at Surat, Gujarat, India.
  • Funding incremental working capital requirements.
  • General Corporate Purposes.

According to Business Standard, the Grey Market Premium (GMP) of Borana Weaves Ltd. was ₹40 as of May 23, 2025, 8:16 a.m. This indicates that the shares of the company are likely to be listed at ₹256, with a premium of 18.52% over the upper end of the price band.
