Belrise Industries is an automotive component manufacturing company based in Maharashtra. The bidding for the Belrise Industries IPO opened on May 21, 2025 and is scheduled to close on May 23, 2025. 

Belrise Industries IPO: Issue Details

The IPO is a book-built issue of ₹2,150 crores, consisting of an entirely fresh issue of 23.89 crore shares. The price band is set between ₹85 to ₹90 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by May 26, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is May 28, 2025.
