VMS TMT Ltd is launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 17, 2025. The bidding window for the VMS TMT IPO will be open till September 19, 2025, for public subscription. VMS TMT is engaged in the manufacturing of Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (“TMT Bars”), which are primarily used in the construction industry.
The allotment process for VMS TMT IPO is expected to be finalised on September 22, 2025, and the company’s shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE. The tentative listing date is fixed as September 24, 2025.
VMS TMT IPO will be a bookbuilding of ₹148.50 crores and is entirely a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares of face value ₹10 each. The issue price band is set at ₹94 to ₹99 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 150, and the minimum amount required for a retail investor is ₹14,100 (150 shares).
Arihant Capital Markets Limited is the book-running lead manager, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the IPO.

Ahead of the opening, the Grey Market Potential (GMP) of VMS TMT Ltd stood at ₹23 as of September 16, 02:32 p.m. The estimated listing price is expected to be ₹122 based on the upper price band of ₹99. The expected percentage gain per share is 23.23%.

VMS TMT Ltd is a steel company based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), which is engaged in manufacturing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars. It also sells scrap, binding wires, and billets as auxiliary products. VMS TMT markets its TMT bars under the “Kamdhenu NXT” brand via a retail licence agreement with Kamdhenu Limited.
In FY25, the company's revenue declined to ₹770.2 crore from ₹872.9 crore in FY24, but Profit After Tax (PAT) rose to ₹15.4 crore within the same period.
