Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Ltd launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on July 30, 2025. The bidding window for Sri Lotus Developers IPO will be open till August 1, 2025 for public subscription.
The allotment process for the public issue is expected to be finalised on Monday, August 4, 2025. The company’s shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE, with a tentative listing date of Wednesday, August 6, 2025.
Sri Lotus Developers IPO is a bookbuilding of ₹792.00 crores. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 5.28 crore shares. The IPO price band is set between ₹140 to ₹150 per share. The minimum lot size for an application is 100 and the minimum investment amount required for retail investor is ₹14,000 (100 shares).
Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited is the book-running lead manager of the Sri Lotus Developers IPO, while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the issue.

On Day 2, Sri Lotus Developers IPO saw a subscription of 11.09 times. The public issue was subscribed 9.56 times in the retail category, 9.31 times in QIB, and 17.09 times in the NII category.
