The public subscription window for the ₹490 crore Solarworld Energy IPO is open today, September 23, and will conclude on September 25. Ahead of the IPO opening, the company raised ₹220.5 crore from its anchor investors on September 22, 2025.
The Solarworld Energy IPO is a book-building issue of ₹490 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹440 crores and an offer for sale of ₹50 crores.
The price band is set between ₹333 and ₹351 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by September 26, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is September 30, 2025.
