Saatvik Green Energy IPO is a book-building issue of ₹900 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of ₹700 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹200 crore. The price band is set between ₹442 and ₹465 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by September 24, 2025, and the tentative listing date on NSE and BSE is September 26, 2025.
The book-running lead managers for the IPO are DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Ambit Private Limited, and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited. At the same time, Kfin Technologies Ltd serves as the registrar for the issue.
