The shares opened at ₹85.25 on the BSE, marking flat listing at 0.29% above the IPO upper price band of ₹85. Ahead of its listing, the shares of Oval Projects Engineering Ltd were trading flat, marking a Grey Market Premium (GMP) of ₹0.

Oval Projects Engineering IPO was subscribed 1.61 times on the last day of bidding. The public issue was subscribed 0.83 times in the individual investors category, 6.21 times in QIB (Ex Anchor), and 0.82 times in the NII category.
Oval Projects Engineering is an infrastructure services company that provides engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) industrial infrastructure services and operations and maintenance (“O&M”) services to clients majorly in the oil & gas sector.
For FY 2024 and FY 2025, the company’s revenue from operations grew by 32.09% and 31.24%, respectively, from ₹5,902.14 lakhs in FY 2023 to ₹7,796.54 lakhs and ₹10,228.99 lakhs.
