Jaro Institute of Technology Management & Research is an online higher education and upskilling services provider in India. The issue price band is set at ₹846 - ₹890 per share. The minimum lot size of the issue is 16, with a minimum investment of ₹13,536.
Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Systematix Corporate Services Limited are the book-running lead managers of the Jaro Institute IPO. At the same time, Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.
