Euro Pratik Sales Limited launched its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 16, 2025. The bidding window for the IPO was open till September 18, 2025 for public subscription. The shares of Euro Pratik made a modest debut on the Dalal Street today, on September 23, 2025, listing at a 10% premium over the IPO price band.
The shares of Euro Pratik Sales Limited opened at ₹273.45 on the BSE, marking a premium of 10.7% or ₹26.5 over the IPO price band of ₹247. However, the shares listed at ₹272 on the NSE, showing a premium of 10% or ₹25 over their issue price.
Overall, the Euro Pratik Sales Limited listing was above the grey market expectations. Ahead of the listing, unlisted shares of Euro Pratik were trading at ₹257, at a Grey Market Premium (GMP) of ₹10, hinting at a 4% listing gain.
Euro Pratik IPO was a bookbuilding of ₹451.31 crores, consisting entirely of an offer for sale of up to 1.83 crore shares of face value ₹1 each. The issue price band was set at ₹235 to ₹247 per share. The minimum lot size for an application was 60 and the minimum amount required for a retail investor was ₹14,100 (60 shares).
Axis Capital Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited were the book-running lead managers, and MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime Private Limited) was the registrar for the IPO.

On Day 3, the Euro Pratik IPO saw a subscription of 1.34 times, as per the NSE data. The IPO was subscribed 1.23 times in the Retail Individual Investors (RII) category, 1.92 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category, 3.88 times in the Employee category and 1.05 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category.
Euro Pratik Sales Limited is a designer, seller and marketer of decorative wall panels and decorative laminates under its flagship brands “Euro Pratik” and “Gloirio.” Founded in 2010, the company offers a broad product portfolio with over 30 product categories and 3,000+ designs with unique, design-led offerings such as Louvres, Chisel and Auris.
On the financial front, Euro Pratik saw a 28% increase in revenue in FY25 to ₹284.2 crore from ₹222 crore the previous year. Even profit after tax (PAT) rose 21.5% to ₹76.44 crore in FY25 from ₹63 crore in FY 24.
