The shares of Anondita Medicare Ltd made a bumper debut on Dalal Street today, September 1, 2025. The shares were listed at a premium of 90% above the issue price, which was ₹145 per share. The bidding window for the Anondita Medicare IPO closed on August 26, 2025. 

Anondita Medicare Ltd shares opened at ₹275.50 on NSE, showing a premium of 90% above the issue price of ₹145 per share. The IPO listing was above grey market expectations. 

Ahead of the listing,  the unlisted shares of Anondita Medicare were trading at a premium of ₹89, pointing to an estimated listing price of ₹234 and an expected gain of 61.38%.

Anondita Medicare IPO Overall Subscription Status

On Day 3, the Anondita Medicare IPO saw a subscription rate of 300.89 times the issue size. The public issue was subscribed 286.20 times in the individual investors category, 153.03 times in the QIB category, and 531.82 times in the NII category.

Anondita Medicare Limited - Business Overview

Anondita Medicare Limited is a Noida-based manufacturer specialising in male and female condoms, marketed under its flagship brand “COBRA”.  The company operates a modern facility with an annual capacity of 562 million condoms and also has a manufacturing plant spread over 100,000 sq. ft.

The company serves both domestic and international markets, supplying to NGOs, government health programs, and export clients across Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. 

In FY25, Anondita Medicare Limited reported a revenue of ₹77 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹16.42 crore
