HDB Financial Services IPO to Open on June 25, 2025; Check GMP, Price Band & Lot Size

HDB Financial Services' much-anticipated IPO is all set to open on June 25, 2025. The proposed issue is a mix of a fresh issue of ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹10,000 crore. 

Offer Details

  • Price Band: The IPO price band is set at ₹700 to ₹740 per share. 
  • Lot Size:
    • For retail investors: 1 lot (20 shares), requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,800. 
    • For Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs)
  • sNII (small NII): Minimum application of 14 lots (280 shares), requiring an investment of ₹2,07,200.
  • bNII (big NII): Minimum application of 68 lots (1,360 shares), requiring an investment of ₹10,06,400.
  • Book-running Lead Managers: JM Financial Limited, BNP Paribas, Bofa Securities India Limited, Goldman Sachs (India) Securities Private Limited, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets Pvt Ltd, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Jefferies India Private Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Pvt Ltd, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, Nomura Financial Advisory And Securities (India) Pvt Ltd, Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, UBS Securities India Private Limited are the book-running lead managers for the IPO. 
  • Registrar: MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.

Grey Market Premium (GMP)

Ahead of the IPO opening, the GMP for the HDB Financial Services IPO is ₹89, as of 20 June 2025. The estimated listing price is ₹829, i.e., 12.03% gain per share.
