Globe Civil Projects IPO is a book-building issue of ₹119.00 crores, consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares.

The price band is set between ₹67 and ₹71 per share. The basis of allotment will be finalised by June 27, 2025, and the tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is July 1, 2025.
