The IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 1,578 crore, consisting of a fresh issue of Rs 1,077 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of Rs 501 crore. Bidding for the Capital Infra Trust InvIT IPO started on January 7 and closed on January 9. The tentative listing date on BSE and NSE is January 14, 2025.
Capital Infra Trust InvIT is an infrastructure investment trust established on September 25, 2023. It is sponsored by Gawar Construction Limited (GCL).
With over 15 years of experience, GCL is a large infrastructure development and construction company in India. It specialises in road and highway construction projects for government and semi-government authorities. Since its inception in 2008, GCL has successfully completed over 100 road construction projects.
