  • Gearless Two-wheeler: This license, also known as the MCWOG (Motor Cycle Without Gear), is valid for riding two-wheelers without gears, such as scooters. Because this license does not restrict the engine capacity, a person with this driving license can ride any two-wheeler without gears without having to calculate the engine capacity.
  • Gear Two-Wheeler: This license, commonly known as MCWG (Motor Cycle With Gear), is issued by RTO Ahmedabad to riders who need to operate any gear-based scooters or bikes.

An auto-rickshaw or cab driver can use a personal LMV license to operate their vehicles because it meets the cab and auto-rickshaw driving requirements. This eliminates the need for any other commercial license to operate their car.
  • Medium and Heavy Motor Vehicle: This license is necessary to drive commercial vehicles such as medium/heavy-duty carriers or passenger vehicles. This license allows the driver to operate buses, trailers, and trucks.
