Here are the steps that should be followed to register a vehicle through Nagaland Regional Transport Office:

• Bring the vehicle to the Nagaland Regional Transport Office.
• Fill out Form 20 (Vehicle Registration application form). This form can be obtained from the RTO or can also be downloaded from Vahan Nagaland portal (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/). 
• Submit it to the registration authority, together with the required documents.
• Pay the registration fee at the RTO's cash counter.
• Proceed for vehicle inspection. The RTO officials will inspect the vehicle to ensure the performance and fitness of the vehicle.
• After successful verification, RTO will issue a Vehicle Registration Certificate for the vehicle.

Step 1: Visit the official portal of Vahan Nagaland (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/)

Step 2: Choose 'Nagaland' from the given options.

Step 3: Once you have selected Nagaland, you would have to click on the option 'Apply for Driving License.'

Step 4: Choose to continue and enter the needed details.

Step 5: Fill out the application and upload the required documents (which have been listed below.)

Step 6: After you have uploaded your documents, you will have to choose a slot for your driving test that will be held at the RTO.

Step 7: Choose a date and time and book your driving test appointment. 

Step 8: You will receive a driving license once you pass the driving test.
