Federal Bank offers various financial services to its customers. One such service includes FedNet or Online Banking service. The Federal Bank Net Banking services allow customers to make quick and hassle-free fund transfers and access online banking services. All Federal Bank customers can register for e-banking services to access all the benefits. 

Here we will discuss all the services offered by Federal Bank online service along with the registration process, log in and transaction charges.

Services Offered through the Federal Bank Net Banking Facility

A Federal Bank account holder can access the following services through FedNet Internet Banking:

Federal Bank Net Banking Registration Process

To activate Federal Net Banking, the user can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the Federal Bank Online Banking site at https://www.fednetbank.com/

Step 2: Choose the ‘New User’ option. The user will be directed to the next page. Select the option that says ‘Click Here to Register Online’.

Step 3: Enter the 14-digit account number and Verification Code. Click ‘Continue’ to go to the next page.

Step 4: Now, enter your ATM Card number, registered phone number and email ID. 

Step 5: Submit the OTP received on your registered phone number to confirm your account details. The user will be asked to create a user ID and a temporary password for net banking activation.

Step 6: Enter your Customer ID/User ID and the newly created password to log in to Federal net banking.

Documents Required for Federal Bank Net Banking Registration

The Federal Online Banking registration online process does not require many documents other than the bank account number, ATM Card and registered phone number. However, one must fill out the Federal Internet Banking Registration form with a few specific requirements for the offline process.

To finish the registration and activation, the user will need-

  • An active Federal Bank Account under the individual's name
  • An Email address and a valid mobile number that is both registered with the branch under the same account

  • A functional and valid ATM Card.
  • Either one of the following KYC information- the PAN Card Number, Passport Number, and Voter ID.

Federal Bank Net Banking Login Process

After your registration, to access Federal Banking personal banking facility, follow the listed steps to log in to the Net Banking portal-

Step 1: Go to FedNet's official website https://www.fednetbank.com/

Step 2: In order to log in to Net Banking, select the option that says ‘Personal Banking.’

Step 3: Choose ‘Continue to Login’ on the next page.

Step 4: Enter the User ID, Password, Registered Phone Number and the Captcha Verification Code. Click the ‘Login’ button after entering the details.

Step 5: After entering the above information, click ‘Login.’

Step 6: After completing the abovementioned steps, the user will have access to their Federal Internet Banking services.

Federal Bank Corporate Net Banking Login

The users of Federal Bank Corporate Net Banking can log in to the e-banking portal by following these steps:

  • Go to the online website of Federal Internet Banking https://www.fednetbank.com/. Then, select the option ‘Corporate Banking.’
  • Press the ‘Continue to Login’ option. The user will be redirected to the Federal Bank Corporate Net Banking page.
  • Enter the Corporate ID, User ID, Password and Verification Code.
  • Click the ‘Login’ button to access the net banking services.

How to Reset Federal Bank Net Banking Password?

To reset the Federal Internet Banking login password, follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the Internet Banking website of Federal Bank  (https://www.fednetbank.com/).

Step 2: Select the ‘Personal Banking’ or ‘Corporate Banking’ option.

Step 3: Select ‘Continue to Login’ on the following page.

Step 4: Select the ‘Forgot Password option on the login page.

Step 5: Enter the necessary information, including User ID, Debit Card Number, ATM Pin, Card Expiration Date, and Verification Code, on the next page.

Step 6: Click ‘Continue’ once all the details are entered.

Step 7: Create a new login password on the next page.

Step 8: Re-enter the password for confirmation. The user can also change the transaction password at the same time.

How to Transfer Funds through Federal Bank Internet Banking?

Federal Bank account holders can transfer funds through NEFT, IMPS or RTGS facility provided by the net banking. This service allows users to transfer funds to self-account, other Federal Bank accounts and third-party accounts. Here are the steps to transfer funds through the Federal Internet banking portal:

  • Log in to the Federal Bank online banking page (https://www.fednetbank.com/).
  • After successful login, go to the ‘Fund Transfer’ section.
  • Select the type of transfer, i.e.,  ‘Transfer to other banks’, ‘Self-account’ or ‘Within Federal Bank’.
  • Choose the payment option as IMPS/NEFT/RTGS. 
  • Select the ‘Beneficiary Account’. If no beneficiary is added, click on the option ‘Add Beneficiary’ and enter all the details like Beneficiary Account Number, IFSC Code and beneficiary name.  
  • Enter the amount and click submit.
