  • Visit the Bank of India online portal (https://bankofindia.co.in/).
  • Click on the BOI mobile banking link.
  • Select the ‘Star Connect Mobile Banking’ option.
  • Log in utilizing the BOI net banking or mobile banking credentials.
  • Enter the registered phone number.
  • Click on ‘Set or change SMS password’.
  • Create a 4-digit password to activate the services.

For Non-Primary Account Users

3) BOI Balance Check Number for Missed Call

BOI customers with a registered phone number with the bank account can check their Bank of India account balance by giving a missed call to the BOI Balance Enquiry Number: 9266135135. The bank will send the account balance details to the registered mobile number.

4) BOI Balance Enquiry Process through ATM

Bank of India account holders can also visit the nearest ATM to check their bank balance. The customers can follow the steps explained below for Bank of India balance enquiry through ATM:

  • Visit the closest ATM.
  • Insert/swipe the ATM card on the ATM machine.
  • Enter the 4-digit ATM PIN.
  • Select the option that says ‘Balance Check’. The ATM will display the BOI account balance and generate a receipt with the account details.

5) Bank of India Balance Check through Net Banking

Bank of India customers registered for the BOI Net Banking can check their bank account balance by logging in to their net banking account. Here are the steps that must be followed:

  • Go to the BOI online banking portal (https://bankofindia.co.in/).
  • Log in by entering the BOI online banking user ID and password.
  •  After logging in, select the ‘View Account Details’ option.
  • Click on ‘Check Account Balance’.
  • The current account balance will be displayed on the screen.

6) BOI Bank Balance Check through Mobile Banking

Bank of India customers who have a registered phone number with the bank account can make the BOI Balance Enquiry through the mobile banking services of BOI. Here are the steps that they need to follow:

  • Open the BOI mobile banking application.
  • Log in using your registered mobile number and MPIN.
  • After logging in, go to the ‘My Accounts’ options.
  • Click on ‘View Account Balance’. The current balance of the Bank of India account will be displayed on the screen.

7) Bank of India Balance Enquiry through Passbook

The Bank of India passbook is issued to every customer after opening their bank account with BOI. It contains all the details of your account's debit and credit transactions. Customers can keep track of their account balance through the BOI passbook.

Customers can also use the BOI mPassbook feature available on the BOI mobile application for balance enquiry.

8) BOI Balance Enquiry through UPI

Bank of India customers can also check their BOI account balance through the UPI application. Here are the steps that they need to follow:

  • Open any UPI application on your smartphone.
  • Enter the password or security code to unlock the application.
  • On the UPI app, go to the "Account Details" section.
  • Click on "Check Account Balance".
  • Select the bank account for which the balance check is required.
  • Enter the UPI PIN. The current bank balance on your BOI account will be displayed on the screen.
