• Step 2: Select the login option from the ‘Online Services’ section.
• Step 3: Select the preferred banking option from the drop-down menu, i.e., ‘CSB Retail Banking’ or ‘CSB Corporate Banking’.
• Step 4: On the login page, enter your User ID and click the ‘Go’ button.
• Step 5: Enter the Login password and registered phone number.
• Step 6: Enter the OTP and click the ‘Submit’ button to log in to the net banking account.

• Step 2: Select the login option from the ‘Online Services’ section.
• Step 3: Select the preferred banking option from the drop-down menu, i.e., ‘CSB Retail Banking’ or ‘CSB Corporate Banking’.
• Step 4: Select ‘Forget Login Password’ on the login page.
• Step 5: The user will be redirected to the password reset page. Complete the password reset process by following the on-screen prompts.
• Step 6: Re-enter the new password for confirmation. Your login password is now successfully reset, and it can be used for net banking login.

CSB customers can use the CSB net banking application to access their bank account through their smartphones. CSB m-banking platform can be used to make online transactions, track account balances, and pay utility bills and loan payments. 

Here is a step-by-step process to know how to register for the CSB mobile banking services:

• Step 1: Download the CSB Mobile application on your smartphone.
• Step 2: Install the application. Log in to the mobile app using the phone number linked to the CSB Bank account.
• Step 3: Enter the OTP, Customer ID and CSB Bank account number.
• Step 4: Confirm your account. Once the account is verified, the user will be registered for the mobile banking services.
• Step 5: Now, the user must generate an MPIN or security PIN for login purposes.

Here is the process of logging in to the CSB m-banking:

• Step 1: Open the CSB m-Banking application.
• Step 2: Enter the PIN that was generated to log in.
• Step 3: Once it has been entered, you will be allowed to access mobile banking.
