  • You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your customer ID linked to your phone number. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed further.
  • Next, select ‘Generate Online password’ and click ‘Proceed.’ Enter your debit card number, ATM PIN, and the card expiry date.
  • Accept the terms and conditions on the next page and click the ‘Generate OTP’ button. A request ID and an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Enter all the details on the next page and click 'Confirm’ once done.
  • On the following page, create your new Login id and transaction passwords. You must select the ‘Enable Transaction Facility’ option for making any transaction using City Union Bank net banking. 
  • Click on ‘Confirm’ to finish the registration process. Now, you can log in to the net banking portal with the help of this Customer ID and Login password.

How to Register for City Union Bank Net Banking through Branch?

One can also register for CUB Internet Banking through the branch. Here are the steps that must be followed:

  • Visit any nearest branch of City Union Bank.
  • Fill out the form for Internet banking registration. Enter your address, a valid phone number and email id. 
  • Submit all the required documents along with the form. After completion, your City Union Bank login id will be sent to your registered phone number.
  • Your net banking and transaction passwords will be mailed to your address within 5-7 days after registration.

City Union Bank Net Banking Login Process

Here is a detailed step-by-step procedure to log in to CUB Online Net Banking:

  • Step 1: Navigate to the City Union Bank official portal (https://www.cityunionbank.com/cub-net-banking-cub-online-banking).
  • Step 2: Log in to the preferred portal, i.e., ‘CUB Personal Banking’ or ‘CUB Corporate Banking’.
  • Step 3: Enter the User ID and Click ‘Continue’. The user will be redirected to the next page.
  • Step 4: Enter the password and registered phone number. Click ‘Submit’ to generate the OTP.
  • Step 5: Enter the OTP to log in to the City Union Bank internet banking portal.

How to Reset the CUB Net Banking Password?

Here is the process of changing or resetting the City Union Bank Internet Banking password:

Step 1: Go to the CUB Online Banking website (https://www.cityunionbank.com/cub-net-banking-cub-online-banking). 

Step 2: On the login screen, select ‘Set/Reset Password’.

Step 3: The user will be redirected to a new page.

Step 4: Enter all the details, such as customer id, ATM card number and PIN.

Step 5: In the next step, choose your branch.

Step 6: Select the "I Don't Have Debit Card" option if you don't have a debit card.

Step 7: Enter your date of birth in the next step.

Step 8: Type your PAN card number in the next column.

Step 9: There are three types of options under ‘Facility Required’, i.e., ‘Login Password’, ‘Transaction Password’ and ‘MPIN’.

Step 10: Select all three options and click the ‘Continue’ button. 

Step 11: Enter the OTP to continue further. On the next screen, the user will be prompted to create a log in password, a transaction password, and an MPIN.

Step 12: Click the submit button after entering all three passwords.

Step 13: On the next page, the user will see a display message saying - "Your password has been successfully registered."

How to Transfer Money Through City Union Bank Mobile Banking?

The method of using and registering for CUB mobile banking apps is quite simple. Here are the steps that one must follow to use the City Union Bank Mobile Banking services:

Step 1: After installing the app, open it on your phone. Enter your name and the registered phone number that is linked to your bank account.

Step 2: To conduct financial transactions from your phone, enter your bank account information and link it to the app.

Step 3: To find out how much money is in your account, go to the ‘My Account’ section. Click the ‘check balance’ option.

Step 4: To transfer funds, go to the 'Pay' / 'Transfer' section and pick the account to which the user wants to send the funds. The user can also make a payment by scanning the recipient's QR code. 

Step 5: Finally, enter the amount and press the 'Ok' or 'Send' button.
