About the Company

Invesco QQQ Trust seeks investment results that would generally correspond to the price and draw profit from the performance of the NASDAQ-100 index. It is to maintain the correspondence between the composition and weights of the securities in the trust and the stocks in the NASDAQ-100 Index. The index also includes 100 of the largest domestic and international non-financial companies that are listed on the NASDAQ Stock market that is based on market capitalization. The funds on the index are rebalanced every quarter and reconstituted every year. The securities are periodically updated to correspond to changes in the identity and/or relative weights of index securities. The composition and weighting of a portfolio deposit's securities are also changed to correspond to changes in the index.;
