Terms and Conditions

• “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign is being stopped from 4th March 2024. Redeem the code before 4th March 2024 to receive any cashback”

• Offer is applicable on Android and iOS devices
• Any cashback-related queries should be raised within 30 days, post a successful transaction
• Cashback received via earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign can be used only for recharges and bill payments inside the Groww App
• Cashback received via earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers
• The transaction must be initiated using a Groww-linked bank account and completed by the user within the Groww app
• Groww reserves the right to award offers and related benefits as per internal policy decided by Groww from time to time
• Groww has the right to amend the terms and conditions, end the offer, or call back any or all of its offers without prior notice
• In case of any dispute, Groww reserves the right to resolve the same as per the Terms & conditions of any offer at its sole discretion

About new referral campaign

1. What is the new “Groww referral” campaign?

Groww’s new referral campaign lets you invite your friends to Groww seamlessly (via sharing Invite link option). Earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign is being stopped from 4th March 2024.

2. How can I participate in the referral program?

You need a Groww account to participate. Go to App’s Refer section and click on Invite button to share referral link with your friends

3. Is there a limit to how many people I can refer to?

You can refer as many people as you want. 

4. Can I refer someone who already has a Groww account?

Referral programs typically benefit new users who sign up using the link you shared

Referees who have code

1. How can I redeem my referral code?

The earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign is going to be stopped from 4th March 2024. You can no longer redeem your code from the earlier referral campaign on or after 4th March

2. Is there an expiration date for the referral code?

“Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign will be stopped from 4th March 2024. Any code that has not been redeemed before 4th March 2024 date will automatically be marked as expired

Referrer not getting money

1. How will I know if someone has used my referral code?

The earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign will be stopped from 4th March 2024. Users can no longer redeem the earlier code and will not be receiving any cashback for the same

2. Cashback not reflecting in my wallet after my referred friend completed their first bill payment

The earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign has been stopped from 4th March. You will no longer receive cashback if your referred friends do their first bill payment on or after 4th March 2024.

3. How long does it take for the cashback to reflect in my wallet after my friend completes their first Bill payment?

The earlier “Share & Earn with Groww” referral campaign has been stopped from 4th March 2024. You will no longer receive cashback if your referred friends do their first bill payment on or after 4th March 2024.

In case your friend completes their first bill payment before 4th March, then your reward should be disbursed within 2-3 days.
