Yatra.com is a travel search engine and online travel service based in India. It is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. It was created in August 2006 by Dhruv Shringi, Manish Amin, and Sabina Chopra. It became India's second-largest online travel provider in the year 2012 and had a 30% share of the 370 billion markets for online travel-related transactions. It collaborated with the State Bank of India to develop a holiday-cum-shopping card (SBI). In December of that year, it was openly traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker code YTRA. Yatra.com acquired three companies in October 2010: ticket consolidator Travel Services International (TSI), worldwide distribution system provider Magicdom, and Indian events and entertainment web BuzzInTown. All were purchased at unknown sums. Yatra.com purchased a 100 percent share in Travelguru in July 2012. Yatra.com recruited Mumbai-based Travel-logs. in 2016, which specializes in personalized city walks and private tours.;
