Their portfolio comprises three global advertising energy networks: DDB, BBDO and TBWA Worldwide. Some more subsidiaries of Omnicom Group include Ketchum, Interbrand, FleishmanHillard, Heart & Science, Omnicom Media Group Holdings, Inc., Porter Novelli, PHD Worldwide, Doremus & Co., Wolff Olins. And DDB Mudra It also operates a diverse group of agencies that come under the umbrella of DAS Group of Companies. The operations of OMC can be divided into the following segments: public relations, advertising, specialty communications and customer relationship management. The targeted industries of OMC include consumer products, food and beverage, financial services, technology, travel, entertainment, retail, telecommunications and healthcare. The company conducts its business globally. The places where it operates include North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Moreover, it also operates in the Asia Pacific regions, such as India, China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore and more. Omnicom was established in 1986 by Keith Reinhard, Allen Rosenshein and John Bernbach following a merger of Doyle Dane Bernbach, BBDO Worldwide, and Needham Harper Worldwide. Omnicom Group, Inc. has completed the acquisition of over 5 companies. Moreover, it has made significant investments in multiple sectors. Some of the most noteworthy acquisitions made by OMC include Smart Digital, FleishmanHillard, Semetis, GoodbySiverstein & Partners and TLGG. Between 2016 and 2017, OMC established two separate groups to focus on healthcare and Public Relations Agencies: Precision Marketing Group and Omnicom Health Group. In 2016, Omnicom Health Group made significant investments in Rabin Martin and Biopharm Communications. Two years later, it completed the acquisition of Snow companies which provide patient engagement solutions. In the same year, Omnicom Precision Marketing Group became a majority shareholder of Cradera Enterprises Company LLC. In 2019 OMC was named “Holding Company of Year” at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity based on their contribution across more than 27 categories. In 2020, it was ranked 626th on Forbes’ Global 2000 list. Moreover, in the same year, Omnicom Group ranked 211th on the list of Fortune 500 companies.;
