The company’s cloud computing platform develops, manages, consolidates and automates services for worldwide enterprise operations. On June 29, 2012, ServiceNow, Inc. began trading on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq under the ticker symbol of ’NOW’. The reported Initial Public Offering (IPO) of ServiceNow, Inc. was $210 million. ServiceNow shares are enlisted on Russell 1000 and S&P 500 indices. ServiceNow, Inc. 's business segment covers two areas, including Cloud Services and Technology and Operations division. Under Cloud Services, ServiceNow, Inc. provides NowPlatform, Customer Service, Human Resource Service Delivery, Security Operations, Professional Services, Customer Support and Information Technology (IT). Its IT services essentially offer three products suits that are specially curated to meet the difficulties of IT management and operations. The three-product suite includes IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM). In March 2020, ServiceNow, Inc. launched its latest version of cloud software ‘Orlando’. Together with artificial intelligence technology, cloud software Orlando was designed to fix practical problems. Founded by Fred Luddy in 2003, ServiceNow, Inc. started its journey as Glidesoft, Inc. After three years it changed its brand name to ServiceNow. In 2014, the company was incorporated in California. As of 2020, the company manages its worldwide enterprise operations with an employee base of above 12000. The company’s business operations are trusted by 60000+ enterprise customers worldwide. In its inception, ServiceNow, Inc. acquired more than 14 companies, of which 12 occurred in the last five years. From 2013, the companies ventured into including more companies under its banner and expanded their businesses. In 2017, ServiceNow, Inc. acquired three companies, namely DxContinuum (January 2017), SkyGiraffe (October 2017), Telepathy (October 2017). The acquisition of Telepathy enlarged the company internal design agency-the Design Experience Organization; almost doubled its size of operations. The largest acquisition of ServiceNow, Inc. to date occurred in 2014 when it bought-off Neebula Systems for a price of $100 million. In 2018, ServiceNow, Inc. ranked 1st on Forbes list as the World’s Most Innovative Companies 2018. The latest acknowledgement of Forbes earned ServiceNow, Inc. 77th position in the category of Just Companies 2021. It also ranked 703 in Fortune 500 companies.;
