Its international clients include foreign government and ancillary agencies based in Australia, Middle-East, and the United Kingdom.
The Leidos Holdings shares were first traded on the NYSE on 13th October, 2006 under the ticker symbol of LDOS. 
In total, this company has made two acquisitions. Leidos Holdings made its first acquisition on 17th December 2019, acquiring Dynetics for $1.7 billion. Subsequently, on 10th December, 2020, it acquired the 1901 Group for $215 million. It has also landed a contract of $1.76 billion for modernising the National Airspace System. It merged with the IT department of Lockheed Martin for Information Systems & Global Solutions business in 2016. This merger created the largest IT service provider in the Defence Industry. 
Over the years, Leidos Holdings has achieved multiple milestones. For instance, in 1976, it secured its first noteworthy global contract from the Kuwait Military Forces. In 1987, this company received public recognition when it helped engineer Stars and Stripes, the most hydrodynamic yacht of America's Cup.
