During their course of business in Australia, they expanded further, and in June 1956, they adopted the name of Kimberley Clark Australia, which is now owned 100% by the Kimberley-Clark Corporation. Later on, in July 1991, they set up facilities for marketing and sales of essential products in New Zealand.
