ARKW is an actively managed Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) that targets long-term capital creation by investing mainly (at least 80% of its assets) in domestic and U.S. exchange-traded overseas equity securities of companies that are relevant to the Fund's investment theme of next-generation internet. The companies in ARKW are concentrated on and expected to benefit from shifting the bases of tech and infrastructure to the cloud that enables mobile, new, local services like companies that rely on the risen use of shared technology, infrastructure and services, internet-based products, new payments strategies, big data, the IoT, social distribution and media and more.
