The total purchase of their portfolio, which included underdeveloped land and existing buildings amounted to round about $855 million. Furthermore, it also acquired properties in more places like New Jersey and Baltimore.
Between 2015 and 2017, the DRE expanded to parts of California, Pennsylvania and Florida by acquiring state of the art warehouse facilities.
