  • The company’s business is largely dependent on contracts from the GoI and associated entities including defence public sector undertakings and government organizations involved in space research.
  • Dependence on a limited number of customers such as DRDO Defense PSUs such as MoD, BrahMos Aerospace and the Indian government space organization for a significant portion of its revenue.
  • Any failure to comply with the provisions of the contracts entered with its customers, especially the GoI Entities.
  • Any failure to comply with quality standards.
  • Loss, shutdown or slowdown of its Design and Engineering and manufacturing facility.
  • Failure to obtain, maintain or renew the statutory and regulatory licenses, permits, and approvals required for its business.
  • Insufficient cash flow from operations and/or inability to borrow funds to meet working capital requirements.
