Who decides the foreign exchange rate?

Your bank decides its foreign exchange rate on a daily basis. When buying foreign currency, the exchange rate offered is usually higher than the rate that you see on the internet. This rate is not decided by Groww. To get better rates, you may get in touch with your bank/ relationship manager.
