If you are unable to find the TPIN or OTP, follow these steps:
- Check Your Email and SMS: TPIN and OTP are sent by CDSL to your registered email ID and mobile number. If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder or search for 'CDSL TPIN' in your inbox.
- Request a New TPIN: On the Groww app/website, click ‘Request New TPIN’ to generate a fresh one. The new TPIN is valid only after 6 minutes and will be sent via email and SMS.
- Resend OTP During Authorization: If the OTP is missing, click on 'Resend OTP' to get a new one.
- Ensure Your Contact Details Are Correct: Verify that your registered email and mobile number are correct in your Groww profile.
If you still don’t receive the TPIN or OTP, you may need to contact CDSL support for further assistance.
Note: TPIN and OTP are sent by CDSL. Groww has no role in sending them.
