How can I find the IPO mandate on my UPI app?

Follow these steps (the process may vary slightly depending on the UPI app you are using):

1. Open Your UPI App: (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.).

2. Navigate to the Mandate Section:

   • Google Pay: Tap your profile picture, scroll to “Autopay.”
   • PhonePe: You will receive a pop-up for the mandate request.
   • BHIM: Go to “My Mandates” under the main menu.

3. Check Active Mandates: You’ll see a list of active and pending mandates. Look for your IPO mandate, which will display the IPO name, amount, and status.

4. View or Manage Mandate: Tap on the mandate to see details like transaction date, UPI ID, and amount.

If You Can’t Find the Mandate:

• Ensure you're logged in with the same UPI ID used for the IPO.
• If the mandate is missing, it may have expired or been processed. Contact your bank or UPI provider for help.
