My documents got rejected. How do I activate my account?

If your document was rejected, ensure it meets our onboarding criteria:

1.  Validity and Clarity: Make sure it's clear and valid.
2. Name Matching: Your name should match your Groww account. 
3.  No Cropping: Don't crop the document.
4.  Recent: Ensure it's up-to-date. Specific criteria:
   a. Bank Statement: Last 6 months with minimum one transaction over ₹20,000.
   b. Salary Slip: Last month with salary over ₹15,000, ensuring your full name is clearly visible.
   c. ITR: Acknowledgment from last FY, income over ₹1,80,000, ensuring your full name and PAN number are clearly visible, matching your Groww account PAN.
   d. Form 16: Form 16B from last FY, income over ₹1,80,000, ensuring your full name and PAN number are clearly visible and match your Groww account PAN.
    e. Holding Statement: Holdings over ₹10,000, with your full name and PAN number clearly visible and matching your Groww account PAN.
