You might not have received your pledge balance within 15 minutes due to the following reasons:
- Negative Balance at the Time of Request: If your account balance was negative when you made the pledge request, the pledged amount will be credited the next day.
- Ongoing Negative Balance: If your balance has been negative for more than 4 days, you won’t receive the pledge amount until you deposit enough funds to clear the negative balance.
Note: If your balance is negative, the pledge amount will be delayed and credited only after the negative balance is resolved.
