You can add funds to Groww Balance via Netbanking or UPI. In 99% of cases, Groww adds the money instantly to your Groww Balance. Sometimes, some transactions get stuck as money gets deducted from your bank account but does not reflect in your Groww Balance. This usually happens due to technical errors at the bank/payment gateway's end, and such transactions can take longer to process. Groww actively monitors the status of such transactions, and if the transaction does not complete within 24 hours, Groww requests your bank to refund the amount instantly. Note: The time taken by banks to process refunds is beyond our control. You may reach out to your bank with your Groww transaction reference number to get the final status of your transaction.
