Money deposited using Netbanking will reflect instantly in your Groww Balance and can be used for trading. Please check your Groww Balance for the updated amount. Sometimes, there may be a delay of up to 10 minutes for the amount to reflect in Groww Balance. You can add funds to Groww Balance via Netbanking. In most cases, Groww adds money instantly to your Groww Balance. However, in some instances, transactions get stuck when the money gets deducted from your bank account but fails to reflect in your Groww Balance. This usually happens due to technical errors at the bank/payment gateway's end, and such transactions can take longer to process. Groww actively monitors the status of such transactions. If the transaction does not complete within 24 hours, Groww requests your bank to refund the amount instantly. Note: The time taken by banks to process refunds is beyond our control. You may reach out to your bank with your Groww transaction reference number to get the final status of the transaction.
