- Check Your Balance: UPI Lite works from a preloaded wallet (₹2,000 limit). Ensure you have sufficient funds.
- Verify Daily Transaction Limit: UPI Lite allows ₹500 per transaction and a ₹4,000 daily limit.
- Ensure Internet Connectivity: A weak connection can cause failures. Switch to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Restart Your App/Device: Close the app, restart your phone, and try again.
- Check Bank & UPI Server Status: Some transactions fail due to bank server downtime. Check with your bank or NPCI’s UPI status page.
- Clear App Cache (Android Only): Go to Settings > Apps > Payment App > Storage > Clear Cache.
