What should I do if the biller reject the payment?

If your payment gets rejected by the biller, here's what you can do:

Steps to Resolve:
  1. Wait and Retry: Wait for 5-10 minutes and try making the payment again.
  2. Check Your Bank Account: See if the amount has been debited from your bank account.
    • If Debited: The amount will be automatically refunded within 1-2 business days.
    • If Not Debited: You can retry the payment immediately.
  3. Stable Internet Connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable before retrying.
