How can I pause an autopay?

To pause a mandate on Groww UPI, follow these steps:

Navigate to the 'UPI' tab and click on 'UPI Autopay' under UPI options.
Select the autopay you wish to pause in the Live tab.
Click the three dots icon in the top-right corner and choose the 'Pause Autopay' option.
Choose a pause till date, and then click 'Pause Autopay'.
Enter your UPI PIN to pause your autopay until the selected date.

Please note that mandates cannot be paused in certain situations until underlying obligations are met.

For example, you cannot pause an IPO mandate; you can only cancel the IPO application in the IPO section under the Stocks tab. Similarly, you cannot pause a mandate linked to loan EMIs until the loan is fully paid off.
