To block unwanted payment or autopay requests, follow these steps:
Block a Payment Request:
- Open the payment details page.
- Click the three-dot icon at the top-right corner.
- Select 'Block' to stop further requests from that sender.
Block an Autopay Request:
- Open the mandate details page.
- Click the three-dot icon at the top-right corner.
- Select 'Block' to stop future deductions.
Once blocked, you will no longer receive requests from that source.
