I am unable to proceed with aadhaar esign, what should I do?

If you are getting the following errors
"Your primary bank account not verified. Please try again with a different bank account"
OR "We are facing slow third party services. Kindly wait a few minutes and retry",
Please verify your bank account following the below steps
1. Press the back button on the aadhaar esign screen
2. Go to profile section from top right corner
3. Click on Bank details and autopay section
4. Add a different bank account and try again

If you still can't resolve the issue, please contact us for assistance.
