Why am I unable to add money to my Groww Balance using UPI?
Adding money to your Groww Balance through UPI (like Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) is usually a smooth process. If you're facing issues, it could be due to:
- A mismatch between the bank account selected on the 'Add Money' screen and the one in your UPI app.
- Incorrect UPI PIN entered.
- Your bank's daily UPI transaction limits.
- Insufficient balance in your bank account.
- Reaching the daily UPI transaction limit (up to ₹2 lakhs across all UPI apps).
- Temporary network issues at your bank.
Try adding money again by clicking 'ADD MONEY'. If your issue isn't listed, reach out to us with a screenshot of the error message for further assistance.
