Why am I unable to add money to my Groww Balance using UPI?

Adding money to your Groww Balance through UPI (like Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) is usually easy. If you're having trouble, it might be because of:
  • Bank Account Mismatch: The bank account selected on the 'Add Money' screen doesn't match the one in your UPI app.
  • Incorrect UPI PIN: You might have entered the wrong UPI PIN.
  • Bank's UPI Limits: Your bank may have daily UPI transaction limits.
  • Insufficient Balance: Your bank account might not have enough funds.
  • UPI Transaction Limit: You might have reached the daily UPI transaction limit (up to ₹2 lakhs across all UPI apps).
What You Can Do:

1. Wait: Give it 30-60 minutes before trying again.
2. Try a Different Payment Method:
  • Different UPI App: Use a different UPI app (e.g., try PhonePe instead of Google Pay).
  • Net Banking: Use net banking through your bank's website or app.
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): Consider this as another option.
3. Check UPI Limits: Ensure you haven't exceeded your bank's UPI transaction limits.
4. Contact Your Bank: If you've tried multiple methods and nothing works, contact your bank for any issues with your account or UPI.
5. Contact Groww Support: If the problem persists, reach out to Groww support.
