Why am I unable to add money to my Groww Balance using UPI?

Adding money to your Groww Balance through UPI (like Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) is usually a smooth process. If you're facing issues, it could be due to:
  1. A mismatch between the bank account selected on the 'Add Money' screen and the one in your UPI app.
  2. Incorrect UPI PIN entered.
  3. Your bank's daily UPI transaction limits.
  4. Insufficient balance in your bank account.
  5. Reaching the daily UPI transaction limit (up to ₹2 lakhs across all UPI apps).
  6. Temporary network issues at your bank.
Try adding money again by clicking 'ADD MONEY'. If your issue isn't listed, reach out to us with a screenshot of the error message for further assistance.
