Money was deducted from my bank account but is not reflected on the dashboard. What to do?

To ensure that your SIP order is placed with the exchange on the chosen date, your SIP amount is deducted one bank working day in advance. 

This way, you get the NAV as applicable on the order date. Rest assured, your order will show up under 'Orders in progress' tab in your Dashboard on the SIP date.

If it has been over 2 working days since the date of deduction and your issue still persists, contact us using the button below. Our support team will do the needful.
